In the book, the author suggests that each and every leader, more, so the business leaders needs to accept any form of change so as to prosper in their jobs. They should accept changes and not treat them as enemies in their jobs. Changes are always faced in any business environment and therefore the top leaders needs to embrace these changes so that they can carry out their leadership tasks smoothly.
Indeed change is part and parcel of day-to-day life. Leaders need to embrace so that they can achieve their goals. It is, therefore, important for a leader to acknowledge changes so that they can achieve organizational goals.

According to the author, a manager needs to manage less so that he can have time to think wisely. This enables him to come up with new ideas that will allow him run his firm in a more organized way.
As the author says, it is necessary for the leaders to emphasize on visionary and not supervisory. A leader who takes his time in thinking rather than supervising ends up to be a wise leader.

He emphasizes that leaders should set targets, accept change, be vigilant in their jobs, and they will be able to attain their goals.
